𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐢𝐬

The Royal Canadian Medical Service Association (RCMSA) is pleased to recognize Colonel Paul Charlebois, CD, CCFP, FRCPC, who will retire from the Canadian Armed Forces on 30 September 2026, following 37 years of service.

Col Charlebois joined the CAF in 1989 and transferred to the Regular Force through the Medical Officer Training Plan in 1992. Throughout his distinguished career as a Medical Officer and specialist in Internal Medicine, his service took him across Canada and around the world, including deployments to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone and Iraq, along with support to numerous domestic and international operations.

Most recently, he served as 00390 MOSID Advisor and Chief of Medical and Surgical Specialists, helping guide the newly established occupation through its early development.
