The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame will induct 6 new members in 2023. Among those honoured this year is Dr. (Maj Ret’d) Stephen Blizzard (1928-2020). A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Dr. Blizzard’s accomplishments while a member of the Canadian Forces Medical Services in the 1960s, 70s and 80s as a leader in aviation medicine are among the factors cited in his nomination.
